Financial Assistance for Families

If you would like to apply for financial assistance, please fill out the form below. Funds are distributed on a first come first serve basis and are determined based on the needs of the clients and income levels. All Camp financial assistance is given to families who have the following financial needs.

Children enrolled in the Wayne county backpack program (proof of enrollment is required).
Family enrolled in a state assistance program (proof of enrollment is required).
Families hosting foster children (proof of foster care enrollment is required).
Families with displaced children.
Children living with relatives without support (proof of guardianship)
Single Parent households with low-income levels.
All applicants will be required to provide proof of income, as well as proof of enrollment in any of the above programs. An ID, as well as proof of residence, will be needed to approve the financial assistance application.
