Bucks Ranch is a Christian Retreat Center located in Waynesboro, TN. We offer facilities to host events, retreats, and camps and a place for families and groups to unwind and have fun. We also host our Bucks Ranch Camps from May to early August. We have two programs for kids: our Day Camps and our Youth overnight camps.
We believe our Retreat exists to “offer families a place to create lasting memories in a family-friendly facility and our camp kids to have a safe and secure learning environment to create long-lasting experiences.” To achieve that mission, we need a team of positive, professional people who take ownership of their work and will help us create a safe environment.
We search for team members who are mature self-starters, who have strong communication skills, and who are team players. We value a neat, clean appearance and a positive attitude. The Ranch is an extension of our home, and we expect our team members to share our standard and moral conduct while at our facilities.
We require that our facilities be kept clean, activities are led with safety and professionalism, and our guest services to be exceptional. Our guests, camp kids, and staff become a part of our Ranch family, so it is paramount that respect and guest services are of utmost importance.
If you have a ready smile, are honest and willing to work, love the outdoors and enjoy working with Kids, we may be the right opportunity for you!
